Founder & Director

Richard Foley is a North Carolina–based sculptor known for transforming recycled and found materials into refined, expressive works of art. Self-taught and inspired by modernist masters, he creates sculptures that explore balance, form, and meaning. As a board director, Richard brings creativity, problem-solving, and a deep commitment to community arts.

Anthony J. Coffey

Founder & Art Director

Anthony J. Coffey is a New York–based artist originally from Boone, North Carolina. Trained in both the U.S. and the U.K., he holds degrees from the Art Institute of Boston and Appalachian State University, along with formal studies at the Cardiff School of Art in Wales. His work—represented by Art Upclose, Ward-Nasse, and other galleries—reflects a refined artistic voice shaped by decades of exploration, education, and exhibition.

Tatiana Mikhailenko

Tatiana Mikhailenko

Executive Director

Tatiana Mikhailenko is an arts advocate, non-profit leader, and founder of Art Identity, Inc., supporting artists and delivering community arts education in New York and North Carolina. Originally from Siberia and now based in the U.S., she brings a multidisciplinary background in control systems engineering, strategic decision-making, and the visual arts. Tatiana’s work focuses on empowering creative communities, developing cultural programs, and advancing accessible opportunities for emerging and established artists.
